We've been coming here for years, and every single time, our fur baby looks adorable! The entire staff is kind, friendly, and clearly cares about the pets they work with. Scheduling is always easy and convenient, which makes the whole experience even better. Thank you for always taking such great care of us—we truly appreciate it! We have been taking our little dog, Jibs , there since then. Not only are they great groomers, but I also deal with a condition making it hard for me to know when I'm gonna feel OK to take the dog in to get groomed, they are so helpful and accommodating when I call and ask if I can bring him in on the same day if they can, they will. I've always been happy with the results in my husband and I would not take him anywhere else! They also have always been in an affordable range and have not raised prices more than once the last 5 years that I know of and that's huge as well. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews especially to small businesses but I need to warn others because they deserve to not go through this experience. Absolutely do not trust this place with your dog. I brought my Australian Shepherd in for grooming and made it extremely CLEAR verbally and in writing that he was not to be SHAVED he has a double coat. It was written right on the intake form: "No shave" I told the staff multiple times. And what did they do? Shaved him completely. This is not just a cosmetic issue...shaving a double coated breed like an Aussie can cause long term coat damage, overheating, and skin issues. I'm extremely upset and I know so of you may be reading this thinking it's pathetic but this is my little fur baby and I don't even recognize him. I've been tearing up all day. When I confronted them, the gentlemen at the front desk saw the "no shave" note he wrote down but said "I didn't realize you wanted him all scissored down." Which he then said sorry that there must've been miscommunication. That's not a miscommunication. That's gross negligence. To make matters worse, they charged me $215...more than double what I've ever paid anywhere for grooming the exact same dog also my boy is only 40 pounds...And despite admitting their mistake, they refused to offer a refund or make it right in any way and just gaslit me. This was my first time here, and it will definitely be my last. They ignored clear instructions, damaged my dog's coat, and charged a premium for it. Save yourself the stress and take your pet somewhere that actually listens and knows how to handle different breeds. They must only know how to groom poodles because they clearly have no idea how to handle an Australian Shepherd. (See before and after photos). Anyone with basic grooming knowledge knows that shaving a double-coated breed like an Aussie can cause long-term coat damage and health issues and every groomer I've ever been to has been adamant about that. They don't listen, they don't take accountability, and they absolutely do not understand how to groom double-coated breeds. Never again. Do NOT bring your dog here. Vanessa Abril2025-06-03Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My very shy 7 month old puppy loves visiting pawradise. They're careful, detailed and overall great with all of their services and care. Dana Karges2025-05-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve been taking our dogs to Pawradise Grooming for over two years. Peter and his staff are courteous and very professional. They are incredibly patient with all of our requests, especially since one of our dogs has extreme anxiety. Karina K Eshilian2025-05-30Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with taking my Steve to Pawradise! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and clearly passionate about animals. They treated my dog kindly and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. The grooming itself was top-notch—his coat has never looked shinier, and he smelled amazing afterward. They even took the time to gently trim his nails and clean his ears, which other places have rushed through in the past. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy, kind, and professional groomers! Lynne Borrie (QuickBooks Pro Advisor)2025-05-29Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Duke came out perfectly and didn't react badly the second time we went. He did with other groomers. Manjit Kaur2025-05-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pawradise Grooming is always trustworthy and reliable! Vanessa A.2025-06-04Verified We couldn't be happier with our experience at Pawradise! From the moment we walked in, the team treated our nervous little pup like royalty. This was our puppy's first professional grooming session, and we were honestly a bit anxious about how he'd handle it--but the staff's patience, care, and gentle approach made all the difference. The groomer took time to let our puppy sniff around, get comfortable, and didn't rush anything. They explained each step of the process and used positive reinforcement the whole way through. You could tell they genuinely love animals and understand how important it is to build trust--especially with younger dogs. Not only did our Benson leave looking absolutely adorable (his coat was so soft, and the trim was perfect!), but he also walked out with his tail high, clearly proud of himelf. It's amazing to see how much more confident he's been even at home since the visit. nicole r.2025-06-03Verified This place is the best! My dog always comes back home looking glamorous. Definitely more on the expensive side but it's so worth it! The service is amazing I highly recommend coming here!! Isabelle L.2025-06-01Verified My first time coming here. Thank you Pawradise, Daisy looks so beautiful and love the picture, so pretty. Karen P.2025-05-24Verified Our pet had her first professional grooming appointment today with Pawradise Grooming. They did a beautiful job and took excellent care of our pet. Our dog was so happy and looked absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend Pawradise Grooming. Esther B.2025-05-16Verified I had booked an appointment with the owner thinking that he would groom my dog, but when I went to go pick up my dog, she was getting groomed by a worker and not the owner. I very much don't understand why they would put people's name on the schedule along with the time frame when a customer would expect the grooming will be done by the person who you scheduled with. Unfortunately, the quality and performance of the work done at this place is not that great. I would no longer take my dog here. The customer service at this location is awful and I don't recommend this place as they don't provide a great customer service. Also, they don't normally follow-up with customers if they are running behind schedule which is problematic and very unprofessional. Alexandra A.2025-05-15Verified Amazing experience as usual, they always do their best to see my dogs Hennessy and mocha on short notice. The hair cut is always amazing and exceed our expectations ,definitely I ll recommend this place for everyone Katie V.2025-05-11Verified We've been going to Pawradise for a few years and love how clean it is inside, and I can tell they treat her well because my 7lb Maltese is a feisty one and she is happy in their arms. They do a great job, reasonably priced and the photos they send you are a bonus! Thank you Pawradise.
