Policy Agreement

Welcome to Pawradise Grooming! Your pet is of the utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing a grooming experience that is both safe and comfortable. Ensuring the well-being of pets and groomers throughout the grooming process is at the core of our operations. To uphold this commitment, we have established a set of policies and procedures. We kindly ask all clients to review and understand these guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone involved.

Vaccinations

All dogs visiting Pawradise Grooming must have up-to-date vaccination records on file. You will be required to complete a file and confirm that your pet’s vaccinations are current. A copy of your pet’s vaccination records can be provided in person or emailed to us at pawradisegrooming@gmail.com.

Health or Medical Issues

Grooming sessions may uncover underlying health conditions or worsen existing ones, which can become evident either during or after the grooming process. Our groomers will notify pet owners of any concerns identified during their pet’s appointment. Please be aware that any veterinary expenses resulting from these conditions will be the sole responsibility of the pet owner.

Refusal of Service

Pawradise Grooming reserves the right to discontinue services at any point if a dog has underlying health issues, fleas or ticks, or is 11 years or older on their first visit. If a dog exhibits extreme stress or poses a safety risk during the grooming process, we will immediately stop all grooming activities. The safety and well-being of both pets and our groomers remain our highest priority.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your pet’s grooming and would like adjustments, please let us know at the time of pickup. We are happy to make any necessary changes. You have a 24-hour window to request corrections. After this period, any return visits will be considered a new appointment and will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations

Once an appointment is booked, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will incur a rebooking charge of $25. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies.

By booking an appointment with Pawradise Grooming, you acknowledge that any videos or photographs taken before or after the grooming process are the property of Pawradise Grooming. As such, all associated copyrights belong to us. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.
