At Pawradise Grooming, we have worked hard to establish a fair and transparent pricing policy, carefully crafted through thoughtful consideration and experience. The final cost of our grooming services depends on various factors, including the size, breed, behavior, hair length, coat condition, matting, grooming frequency, specialty products, grooming time, and required techniques. Please remember that the prices quoted during online booking or over the phone are only estimates. The exact price will be determined after assessing your pet’s condition during your visit. Our groomers are assigned randomly for appointments. If you have a preferred groomer, please let us know in the comments when booking or inform our staff when you arrive. However, if you wish to book an appointment with Peter Kwon, please note that special pricing applies to his services. Thank you for choosing Pawradise Grooming.   • Double Coat Breeds: (e.g., Spitz, Husky, Golden Retriever, Shepherd) May incur additional charges for cleanup and bathing.

  • Behavioral Issues: We may refuse service or return your pet mid-grooming if they bite excessively or cannot be controlled.

  • Health Restrictions: We may refuse service to pets with fleas, ticks, or other health conditions, as well as pets over 13 years of age due to company policy.

  • Refund & Pricing Policy: Our refund and compensation policy limits any reimbursement to 1.5 times the service price, regardless of the issue. All estimates provided during online booking or consultations are subject to change upon the pet's visit, depending on its condition, behavior, or specific service needs.

  • Size Restrictions: We do not offer deep cleaning services for pets over 15 inches.
